I had this guitar posted a while ago, but then decided to keep it. This is my personal #2 guitar and I wasn't ready to let it go. Believe me when I say that this one's the best new Telecaster I've ever owned or played. And I'm still on the fence about selling it. But for now, it's up for sale.

This guitar is our lates collaboration with luthier extraordinaire Randy at Karge Guitars - and it's my personal favorite! It is the culmulation of what a perfect Telecaster is to me.

For this particular VIP KARGE T-style singlecut I personally hand-selected super resonant and lightweight pine for the body, had it routed to Fender 52 Telecaster specs, and then had it aged and nitro finished in a breathtaking Dakota Red by our friends at MJT - our/my go-to shop for vintage Fender finishes.

The neck was completely handmade, nitro lacquered, and aged by KARGE with their super comfortable early 60s profile. This neck feels like a broken in vintage neck.

It sounds and plays phenomenal, fueled by a VIP wiring harness using matched 280k VIPots, a NOS vintage cap, and a set of our brand new and handwound VIP T5.3 pickups.

Specs

Like with all guitars, you may have to adjust the setup to your liking and/or to adjust it to different climates. As of now, it is set up with D'Addario 10s and plays effortlessly with low action.
